What we collect
The quote form collects your name, email address or phone number, contact preference, property address, requested services, schedule, property details, and any photographs you choose to attach. Please do not upload photographs containing people, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
How it is used
Quote information is sent securely to Noah’s separate office system for authorized staff to review your request, contact you, and plan an appropriate service arrangement. The public website does not require a customer account. It does not display your request to other visitors.
Your photographs
When photo uploads are available, selected photographs are transferred directly to private storage using short-lived upload links and attached to your office request. They are not added to the public gallery. We do not publish your photos as marketing material without separate permission.
Service providers and retention
The office system is hosted on Railway and uses private S3-compatible storage for enabled photo uploads. Requests are retained to handle your inquiry and any resulting service arrangement. Contact Noah for the applicable retention information or to discuss deletion. Hosting, access controls and backup procedures are managed separately from the public website.
